Communication

We strive to provide the highest quality of casework matched an amazing client experience. 

As you are working towards improving your credit, we'll be keeping you updated on the progress. Below is some insight into what you can expect from our communication. 

Email Communication

The majority of our communication comes via email. Real time casework updates, requests for documents, and updated Credit Snapshots are all sent out via email. make sure you're checking your email on a regular basis. 

Text and Over the phone

Our team will be reaching out to you every other week while you are in the dispute process to answer any questions that you may have. In addition, we'll send you text message updates if we are unable to get in touch with you via email or over the phone. 

billing notifications

You'll receive a notification from our team if we are having a problem with billing for our services. Our friendly team is dedicated to finding solutions to keep you on track to reaching your credit goals. If you receive a call or email from our billing team, please follow up with us quickly to avoid any delay in your casework.  

 

Cost of Services

We offer all of our services for a flat monthly fee plus a reasonable account preparation fee. 

Account Prep Fee: $159

Monthly Service Fee: $89.99

We ask for a 30 day written notice of cancellation, with no long term contracts or cancellation fees.
