Billing FAQ's 

When do you charge my credit card? 

Our system usually batches all credit card payments early in the morning on your payment date. We ask that if you scheduled your payment near your payroll date, that you ensure funds are in your account the day before your service fee is scheduled to bill. 

What if I pay through ACH? 

If you pay through ACH, the funds will be drafted from your account within 72 business hours of the transaction date.

What do I do if I notice there's been a mistake with my billing? 

On the rare occurrence that there is a mistake made with your billing date or account, please contact us immediately at 801-513-2020 or email customercare@premiercredco.com so that we can quickly resolve the issue.
